Q. How long will it take to receive my first issue?

A. Generally, publishers ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for weekly magazines, and 6-10 weeks for monthly magazines, and up to 12 weeks for less-frequently published magazines. If you have not received your first issue within the estimated delivery time please visit the Customer Service Self-Help section above to access the customer service site for your magazine. You will need the name, address and email used to place the order to access your subscription account information. Q. Can I renew the subscription on a magazine I already receive?

A. Yes, when you place an order for a magazine for you or someone else who is already receiving that magazine then the new order will extend the subscription term of the currently active subscription. Please be sure the name and address match those on the current subscription.

Q. How do I change the address on an active subscription?

A. Most magazines provide customer service websites where you can submit address changes. See the Customer Service Self-Help section above.

Q. Can I order a subscription for someone else?

A. Yes, to place an order for someone else just include their name and address when placing the order.

Q. Will I ever be charged for my subscription?

A. No. A valid subscription code is all that is needed to complete a subscription order.

Q. Can I receive my magazine in digital format?

A. All magazine orders will result in a print subscription. However, many magazines provide free access to digital editions to print magazine subscribers or allow the subscription to switch to digital delivery. See the section below titled Digital Magazine Edition Information for further assistance.

Q. Will my subscription be automatically renewed?

A. No.

Q. Do you deliver outside the U.S.?

A. Delivery is to valid U.S. addresses only including U.S. territories and military addresses.
